This isn’t your average seven-string guitar. Designed for Jack Simmons of Slaughter to Prevail, the ESP LTD Jack Simmons “V” 7B is a precision-built weapon created for crushing riffs, extreme low tunings, and total stage domination.
Constructed with a solid mahogany body and a neck-thru, three-piece maple neck, this guitar delivers powerful sustain, stability, and unrestricted access across the entire fingerboard. Its aggressive V-shaped body and all-black finish give it a brutal, stripped-back appearance that perfectly matches the uncompromising sound of Slaughter to Prevail.
The 27-inch scale length provides the tension and clarity needed for heavy seven-string tuning, while the Macassar ebony fingerboard, Thin U neck profile, and 24 extra-jumbo stainless-steel frets are built for speed, accuracy, and effortless playability.
At the heart of the guitar is a direct-mounted Fishman Fluence Open Core Modern seven-string humbucker. Its ceramic construction delivers tight low-end response, aggressive attack, and exceptional clarity—even under extreme levels of distortion. A push/pull master volume control provides access to Voice 3, expanding the tonal range without adding unnecessary controls.
Finished with ESP locking tuners, a Hipshot string-thru bridge, a Graphtech TUSQ XL nut, and premium black hardware, every component has been selected for maximum tuning stability, reliability, and performance.
