Shipping policy

Shipping rates can be calculated in the cart individually
We offer tracked shipping only.

Processing of your order is 24h - 48h, after packing we send you all tracking information via email. Package then takes 5-7 business days to arrive in Europe and 6-15 business days to arrive outside Europe when shipped with Standard National Post. When using  priority shipping:
  • 1, 2, or 3 business days with FedEx International First® or FedEx International Priority®
  • 2–5 business days with FedEx International Economy®

If the package doesn’t arrive by then we recommend chcecking with your national post office as it commonly happens that it is being held there. When your package is stuck in tracking system provided by us try using package number in your national post office tracking system. All packages are registered


Wrong delivery address


Please double check your delivery address, If you enter a wrong or incomplete delivery address, we will be unable to update it if the package has aleady been packed. We will not be able to refund you for your order if it gets lost. If the order is returned to us, then we will offer to refund your order (Minus postage) Or ask you to pay postage again to send it out a second time with the correct address.

Unclaimed items

Orders returned to us marked as ‘unclaimed’ by the postal service will either be refunded by request or shipped again with an additional fee.


All parcels are shipping with national mail, once they leave the origin country and enter your country they will be handled by the destination countries couriers.

Customs/Tariffs notice

Please note that all international shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other charges depending on your country’s import regulations. These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.

Customs policies vary widely from country to country, and unfortunately, we cannot predict or control these charges. If applicable, your local customs office may contact you directly once the package arrives in your country.
