Hoodie looked awesome but shrunk after initial wash

Got the hoodie was excited to get it and washed it first in cold water and tumble dried low/no heat and it shrunk and never got to wear it. Sucks because it is awesome. Shop contacted me about it and asked details, I gave them and then they never responded back about it. Enjoy the shirt I ordered in the same order that stayed the same size.
